Meet the Team at Bloom Implant Center
Gracie Lenhardt
Dental Assistant
My name is Gracie! I’ve been a dental assistant since 2021 and enjoy helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits. I love learning new techniques, growing my skills, and being part of a team that makes a positive difference in people’s smiles every day.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually outside enjoying the fresh air, spending time with friends and my horse, Brandi, or seeing what kinds of plants I can grow. I love trail riding, trying new hobbies, and finding any excuse to be outdoors. I’m always up for learning something new, even if it means a little trial and error along the way. Whether I’m tackling a project, getting my hands dirty, or just soaking up the sunshine, I like to stay busy and make the most of my free time.
Shannon Case
Dental Assistant
My name is Shannon, and I have five years of dental experience with a wide range of clinical experience in periodontics, implant dentistry, and general dentistry. I enjoy helping patients and taking the time to understand their individual needs. My goal is to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Todd, our daughters Sydney, Camryn, and Elise, and our dog, Tucker. We are a sports-driven family, so you’ll usually find us traveling to softball and soccer games or spending time outdoors.
Rob Rossi
Office Manager
Hi, my name is Rob. I have been the Office Manager at Bloom since we opened in July 2025. I strive to provide a welcoming and positive experience for every patient that calls or visits the office. I take pride in making sure every patient has their questions and concerns heard and being a member of a team that can come up with a solution for each patient. Being a part of a team that genuinely improves the quality of people’s lives is amazing.
Outside of work, I spend my time with my wife, Jen, our two cats, Peanut and Butter, and our dog, Jack. I’m a huge sports fan, so if there’s a game on, I’m probably watching, but my wife and I also love trying new restaurants, going to concerts, playing golf, and checking out local breweries (we got married at our favorite, Urban Artifact, in May 2026.
